

Abdul Mitha is the founder and CEO of Clean Power Technologies Inc. Abdul brings more than three decades of domestic and international experience in the management of ongoing and start-up public and private companies and business development.
Abdul brings experience, expertise, and enthusiasm to the development of the Company’s new CESAR Process technology. He is passionate about the uniqueness and the futuristic characteristics of the hybrid fuel technology and is confident about the unlimited potential of the project.
Abdul is a Barrister at Law and received his Master’s degree in Comparative Law from Brunel University, Middlesex, England.
Mike Burns is a highly motivated Automotive Engineer, with proven analytical / practical skills and 32 years of experience within automotive industry. Creative and entrepreneurial, he has the ability to reduce development costs by effectively combining digital and physical analysis having been at the forefront of these technologies for the past 15 years.
Educated from an apprentice to degree level at Marconi Avionics, Ricardo Consulting Engineers and Brighton University, Mike has been an Engine designer, Body engineer, Chassis engineer and Trim engineer working for Ford, Volvo, Yamaha and Daimler Chrysler. Mike previously held the position of Laboratory test manager and Chief engineer test / prototype build, for Daewoo motor company between 1994 and 2002. Managing a team of 240 engineers and technicians, he achieved the reduction of prototype properties for Daewoo Motor Company from 256 Daewoo Nubira, 98 Daewoo Matiz and 54 Van projects with a reduction of development time from 38 months to 26 months. Having a unique interdisciplinary ability to implement new process and working methodologies within an active work force.
Mike is highly commercially aware, having successfully managed own business, based at Sussex University working for customers including Benteler and Visteon.

David Anthony is an experienced entrepreneur, venture capitalist and academic. Since founding 21Ventures in 2003, that fund has provided seed, growth, and bridge capital to over 39 technology ventures across the globe. David sits on the board of portfolio private companies: Agent Video Intelligence, 3GSolar, BioPetroClean, Juice Wireless, and VOIP Logic; and publically-traded World Water & Solar.
David is an Adjunct Professor at the New York Academy of Sciences (NYAS) which brings together scientists of different disciplines from around the world to advance the understanding of science, technology and medicine. He received his MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College in 1989 and a BA in economics from George Washington University in 1982. David is an entrepreneurship mentor at the Land Center for Entrepreneurship at Columbia University Graduate School of Business.

Since 2002, Mr. Gelbaum has been a private investor. From 1989 until 2002, he performed quantitative modeling for stock price returns and derivative securities for TGS Management, and from 1972 until 1989 he worked at Oakley & Sutton in a similar capacity. Mr. Gelbaum is a trustee of The Quercus Trust. Mr. Gelbaum sits on the board of directors of Axion Power International Inc., Clean Power Technologies Inc., Entech Solar and ThermoEnergy Corporation.

Peter Gennuso is a partner at Gersten Savage LLP, a law firm located in New York, NY, where he specializes in corporate and securities law including securities offerings, venture capital, private equity, mergers, acquisitions and emerging growth companies. Peter has been with Gersten Savage since May 2004, initially starting as an associate in the firm's corporate and securities department. Prior to joining Gersten Savage, Peter was an associate at a New York City law firm. Peter is currently legal counsel for Clean Power Technologies Inc. and has served as legal counsel since December 27, 2006. Peter earned a JD and MBA (Finance) from Pace University in 1998.
Peter is not an officer or director of any other reporting company that files annual, quarterly or period reports with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.

James (Jim) Mason is a career automotive engineer and strategic consultant, initially trained by General Motors. After an early career in engineering and programme management with GM Vauxhall, Jim moved on to become Engineering Director of Leyland Trucks. An appointment as Technical Director of ENASA Pegaso, the Spanish national truck and bus maker followed where Jim was responsible for Advanced Technology, Product Planning and Engineering. Based in Madrid, he was intimately involved in acquisitions, such as UK truck-maker Seddon- Atkinson, and the process of privatising the Company - which culminated in its acquisition by Iveco (Fiat Commercial Group) in 1990.
Jim returned to the UK, running his own engineering consultancy, until joining Daewoo in 1995 to head up their strategic initiative aimed at establishing a credible design and engineering centre in Europe. Since retiring from full-time employment in 2003 he has continued acting as a consultant to auto-engineering companies and to private equity businesses requiring technical due diligence for proposed acquisitions. Jim is also a Chartered Engineer (CEng.), a Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (FIMechE), and a Member of the Society of Automotive Engineers (MSAE).

Diane Glatfelter was appointed Secretary - Treasurer of the Issuer on May 23, 2006. Diane holds a Bachelor of Science with a major in marketing and a minor in management, received from the University of Bridgeport in 1988. From June 1999 to the present, Diane has been the President and shareholder of K2 Unlimited, Inc. a consulting company which provides consulting in all areas of cash flow, including factoring, purchase order advances, debt management, bounced check recovery, loans, revenue management, risk management and collections.
Diane has 150 million dollars of accounts receivable under management for various clients at any one time. Ms. Glatfelter resides in Billerica, MA.
