Doosan Babcock

Doosan Babcock, a world renowned multi-specialist energy services company, agreed to collaborate with CPTI in the development of a steam accumulator and other related technologies in October 2006. Under the terms, Doosan Babcock became a shareholder of Clean Power Technologies Inc. Doosan Babcock is also a leading international steam generation OEM and supplier of the cleanest, most efficient coal-powered technology in the world.

DLM

In February 2008 CPTI entered into a consultancy agreement with DLM, a well respected steam technology organisation based in Switzerland. DLM will act as independent external consultants in all aspects of the development of the CESAR system.

Voith Turbo GmbH

In August 2008 CPTI entered into a collaboration agreement with Voith Turbo GmbH of Heidenheim Germany to jointly develop and supply a suitable steam expander (engine) for the CESAR system, in the first instance for application to the Truck Reefer project. Voith is one of the largest privately owned corporations in Germany with revenues in excess of $6.0 Billion and with over 35,000 employees.

CPTI has entered into a first stage collaboration agreement with one of the largest grocery chains in the USA for the purpose of data collection and preliminary design work for steam driven refrigeration units for grocery distribution trucks.

Farm Fresh Marketing & East West Express

In December 2008, Clean Power entered into an agreement with Farm Fresh Marketing, a North American freight trucking company based in Idaho. Both parties have agreed to work together with the ultimate objective of making the Farm Fresh truck fleet more energy-efficient by installing Clean Power's Clean Energy Separation And Recovery (CESAR) system. Clean Power has entered into a similar agreement with Canadian trucking company East West Express.
