Organic processing plants such as flour mills typically produce 10 tonnes per week of organic waste, which is disposed of on landfills. By using this waste as a fuel in a specifically designed burner, the CESAR system can be used to recover the heat energy and convert it into electricity for use at the plant, or to feed into the national grid, providing several economic and environmental benefits.
